After breakfast, Samarkand sightseeing tour. Visit spectacular Registan Square, Gur Emir Mausoleum – the mausoleum of Amir Timur, Bibi Khanum Mosque the biggest medieval building in the city which was one of the most magnificent mosques in the Islamic world in the 15th Century, Siab Bazaar, Ulugbek Observatory – the ancient astronomical center.
You will visit Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis and the Afrasiab Museum. Then drive to Konigil village to discover the traditional way of making Samarkand paper from the bark of the mulberry tree (Alternatively, we can organize a visit to silk carpet production factory and market). At the end of the trip, we will transfer you to the hotel.
